Our privacy policy is based on the generally accepted custom, Internet ethic, common practice and Company’s policies to protect personal information.

Unique identifiers (such as credit card or bank account numbers) are collected from You, if any, to verify Your identity as user of paid Software and for accounting / payment / invoicing purposes only. When You purchase the Software, your consent is strictly requested to provide Your Personal Information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies, banks, payment systems etc. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. If we are working with such third parties we will require them to have in place similar measures to protect Your Information.

2.6. We will use Your Personal Information received from You when using Company’s Software only. We shall not directly search for any of Your other Personal Information through any other software, web-resources data bases etc. even in case that information is necessary for you or for ensuring that the Software You purchased will be delivered to You. Of course automatic search may from time to time take place in case it is necessary for payment executing but You should in no case rely on that automatic search if you have not granted all the information requested from you while purchasing Software or registering Your remote access to the Software already purchased.

Your Personal Information may be used to contact You by post, phone (including SMS or other message service) or by email, or by displaying appropriate notice within the Software You use (including Your personal account) when necessary in connection Your use of Software. A Company’s licensee and/or agent may use your Personal Information for its own purpose and Company bears no responsibility for that usage, if any. Company does not sell names, e-mail addresses or any other personal and contact information to third parties. Nor do We have any intention of doing so in the future.

4. Customer input information
4.1. Web-site using Software and Company’s registration forms may require You to give us Personal Information (as defined above herein). If You are ordering Software, You will be asked to provide Financial Information and designate the business entity You represent (even in case You are to pay for the Software on Your own behalf instead of that entity) in order to issue an invoice for You.
4.2. You have the right to obtain a digital copy of the Personal Information We hold about You. You also have the right to correct any inaccuracies in such data. Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible and will not take more than 30 calendar days to process.
